President-elect Donald Trump has appointed some FCC critics to his transition team.
So what does this mean?
Net neutrality rules (an now law) states that your ISP cannot charge you more depending on the sites that you visit. Google’s definition is “the principle that Internet service providers should enable access to all content and applications regardless of the source, and without favoring or blocking particular products or websites.”
Last year it was agree by majority that the internet was and should remain open for everyone regardless of content, with Google and Facebook backing the idea of net neutrality.
Next, year, we are not so sure what might happen.
